Still Me
Caregiving changes you. But it doesn't erase you.
Join our Founding Cohort Below
Open for 25 Caregivers Now!
It asks you to be strong every day.
To put yourself last.
To keep going even when you're exhausted.
Somewhere along the way...
you stop recognizing yourself.
Still Me is a small-group experience designed to help you reconnect with the person you still are, not by escaping caregiving, but by learning how to carry both your love for someone else and compassion for yourself.

Maybe you've been feeling...
- Like I don't know who I am anymore.
- Everyone asks how my loved one is, but never how I'm doing.
- I feel guilty anytime I take care of myself.
- I'm constantly overwhelmed.
- I miss the person I used to be.
- I love them..but this is so much harder than anyone realizes.
- I just want someone to understand.
If any of that sounds familiar....
You're in the right place.
Caregiving Changes You.
But it doesn't erase you.
One of the biggest things we've learned after interviewing dozens of caregivers on The Care Collective Podcast....
Almost everyone feels like they've disappeared.
But yet, they still feel like they are becoming someone new.
Still Me isn't about becoming who you were before caregiving, it's about discovering who you're becoming now!

Meet your Guide
Hi, I'm Mikayla! I could argue I've been a Caregiver since I was about 2 years old. I'm the oldest of 8 kids in my family.
I spent time in college working in programs to help the elderly feel less alone and realized something important. If Caregivers had all the support in the world, they'd be able to fully meet their person's needs.
So the Care Collective Podcast was born from a desire to help Caregivers see they are not alone! I found that individuals and professionals were willing to share their stories and often found it to be a healing process.
Yet, I kept hearing the same thing over and over.
"I don't know who I am anymore."
Still Me was created because I believe caregivers deserve more than survival.
They deserve to feel like themselves again.
